Banana Loaf

Snack time?

If you feel like having a healhty snack, this is it! Try my go-to, healthy recipe.

If you don’t own an air fryer, I would recommend one. It’s a time saver!

 

Wet Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

Dry ingredients

3 scoops (3 TBSP) Collagen powder or vanilla protein powder

2 TBSP ground flaxseeds

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/3 Cup of 50% or more dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped raw pecans

Method

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 350 degrees F. Line the pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas, eggs, and other ingredients except chocolate chips and pecans. After mixing the ingredients well, fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.

  3. Pour the mixture into the pans. Bake for 15 minutes in the airfryer or up to 40 minutes in a conventional oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf come out clean.

  4. Let it cool completely and enjoy!
