I want to invite you to finish our year in a healthy, joyful way. Join my 3rd annual Healthy Holiday Challenge! Together we will navigate the holiday season in a more conscious, healthy way.
During the Holidays, we tend to overeat, overdrink, elaborately decorate, and of course, over-spend. And don’t get me wrong, I love, love the Christmas Holidays. I love the joy of giving, the get-togethers, and the home-baked goods. But I also believe in the importance of balance so we don’t overindulge or over-restrict ourselves.
That’s why I created The Healthy Holidays challenge to keep each other accountable and focused when the world wants us to over-consume.
We will keep us grounded and motivated on what matters: enjoying our time with the ones we love the most. By Fueling our bodies to have energy and the best mood! We will also be moving our bodies with grace and gratitude to feel long and strong.
