Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)
A full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility. It is Hight Intensity (HIIT), but low-impact, which helps protect your joints and muscles. It also incorporates the Pilates Principles.
IHP Bands Using resistant bands to help improve your form, quality of exercise. It is fundamental for functional training to build mobility and strength.
IHP Weights Working out with dumbbells and kettlebells will improve your power-endurance.
IHP Cardio Burns a lot of calories in a short period of time using HIIT and Tabata. It produces excess post-oxygen consumption (EPOC). It turns your body into a fat-burning machine by increasing your metabolism.
Hard Core Pilates Authentic Pilates technique that helps your body increase abdominal and
lower back strength, improve posture, tone, and build body awareness.
Endurance & Conditioning Training
Focusing on specific muscles areas of the body during the workout. Example: Leg day, Upper body day. Using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistant bands, foam roller.
